What changes the price
- Scope. One well-defined process costs less than a sprawling automation. We start narrow and expand as things prove out.
- Data volume and complexity. Document pipelines scale with how many documents you process and how messy they are. We measure your real workload and price to it, not to a guess.
- Integrations. Connecting to off-the-shelf tools is straightforward. Custom APIs and legacy systems take more engineering and move the number up.
- Privacy requirements. If your data must stay on your own infrastructure, hosting costs are passed through at cost. You see the bill before it exists.
What's included in managed tiers
- Monitoring. We watch uptime, cost, and output quality. If something drifts or breaks, we catch it before you do.

Monthly managed plans run $500 to $1,500 and up, depending on how much of your stack they cover. We quote per project after scoping, so you get a real number before anything gets built.
What's the difference between a pilot and a managed service?
A pilot is a one-time build: we scope one process, build the agent, and hand it over running. Managed service adds the ongoing operation: monitoring, updates, security reviews, and a named engineer who fixes things when they break, all on a predictable monthly plan.
Do you require annual contracts?
No. Managed plans run month to month. We don't trade a discount for a long lock-in, because we'd rather keep earning your business than hold it hostage. Plans can scale up or down with 30 days notice, and you can leave the same way.
How do you handle our data?
