Document Processing
Intelligent Document Processing
Invoices, contracts, claims, forms: data extracted automatically, straight into your systems. Intelligent document processing that handles messy layouts, tables, and handwriting standard tools choke on.
The problem
Somewhere in your business, someone types data out of documents by hand. It's slow, error-prone, and it doesn't scale. Basic OCR fails the moment a document has a weird layout or a table, so the work lands on people.
How we work
We build document pipelines that combine OCR with vision-capable AI models. That's how invoice automation survives messy real-world documents. The pipeline reads complex layouts and tables, validates what it extracts against your rules, flags uncertain cases for a human, and pushes clean data into your systems.
What you get, step by step
-
We sample the document types you actually process and measure what extraction gets right today.
-
We build a pipeline for your document set: reading, extraction, validation rules, and human review checkpoints.
-
We run it on your volume, tune the failure cases, and hand over a system your staff can supervise in minutes a day.
Where you end up
Documents processed in seconds instead of minutes of typing, extraction you can audit, and staff doing review instead of data entry.
Why it works for you
- Handles complex layouts and tables
- Validation rules catch errors before they enter your system
- Human review only on the uncertain cases
- Data lands in your CRM, ERP, or spreadsheet
- Audit trail for every extraction
Questions, answered
How accurate is it on our documents?
We measure it on your documents before we build anything. Accuracy on clean, typed forms is very high; handwriting and heavily damaged scans are lower and we tell you upfront. You get a real error rate, not a marketing number.
What document types does it handle?
Anything with structured information: invoices, purchase orders, contracts, claims, applications, medical intake forms, and shipping docs. If a person can read it well enough to type the data out, the pipeline can usually be trained on it.
Where does the extracted data go?
Wherever it needs to be: your CRM, ERP, accounting software, database, or spreadsheet. We build the integration as part of the pipeline, so extraction doesn't end in a folder nobody opens.
Is our document data safe with an AI pipeline?
Yes, by construction. Pipelines can run on your own infrastructure or a private deployment, and documents are processed in an environment you control, not pasted into a public chat tool. Access is logged and scoped to the people who need it.
