Managed AI Services

Managed AI Services

You get the business value of AI without hiring a full-time ML team. We design, run, and maintain your AI tools on a predictable monthly plan.

The problem

Your team signed up for AI tools in a hurry, and now some are breaking, drifting, or costing more than they return. Nobody in-house owns them, and data is going places you don't control. You're paying for AI without getting reliable work back.

How we work

Think of us as an AI managed service provider. Your stack gets monitoring, version updates, security reviews, and a named engineer who actually fixes things when they go wrong. One contract, one contact.

What you get, step by step

  1. Audit your current AI use and identify what's safe to keep and what's costing you more than it returns.

  2. Stand up or clean up your AI stack, with access controls, cost guardrails, and data handling rules.

  3. We monitor, update, and improve it monthly. You get reports and a direct line to your engineer.

Where you end up

A working AI setup you can trust: stable costs, your data protected, and tools that keep working long after the novelty wears off.

Why it works for you

  • Predictable monthly pricing
  • Security reviews built into every tier
  • A named engineer, not a ticket queue
  • Cost and usage monitoring
  • Works with tools you already use

Questions, answered

What does a managed AI plan cost?

Tiers start modestly and scale with how much your AI stack actually does. You get a flat monthly rate that covers monitoring, maintenance, and support, so there are no surprise invoices when something breaks or a model needs updating.

What's included in the managed plan?

Monitoring, security reviews, model and prompt updates, cost guardrails, and support from a named engineer. If a tool starts failing, we catch it before you do and fix it. You don't need to hire or train anyone.

What happens to our data under a managed plan?

Your data handling rules are set up front and enforced in the stack. If you need data to stay on your own infrastructure or out of public models, that's the default posture unless you explicitly choose otherwise.

We already use some AI tools. Can you take over?

Yes, and that's the most common starting point. We audit what you already run, keep what's working, and drop or replace what isn't. Taking over existing tools is cheaper than building from scratch.
